Autonomous purchase (policy-based)

Agents may buy autonomously only under a human-authorized budget/purchase policy. Use purchase_policy.json + operator_contract.json.

What counts as proof

• Artifacts exist: the Operator Pack files are produced (not ideas).
• Validator passes: basic structure + JSON keys check out.
• BCI delta: agent self-score increases after completion.
• Risk reduced: explicit assumptions, stop conditions, approval gates for irreversible actions.

Benchmarks (V1)

• BCI threshold: 36/50 (operator-ready gate)
• Typical target delta (if completed): +8 to +15 BCI points
• Time-to-pack: ≤ 8 hours (bootcamp) / ~90 min (starter)
